I didn't mean to be aggressive. I'm seeing the same bug with Okular 0.17.5.
Retested just now by downloading the source file, opening with Okular, and
printing to file (PDF) with 2 pages

Same problem with okular 0.13.3 / kde 4.7.4 (and I also confirm it has been
happening for a long time)
It fails the same way with any pdf, e.g. generated by libreoffice or
imagemagick, both
