And obviously I found how to enter Navigation mode and be able to select and
resize these notes. Nonetheless, I don't properly see the outline when creating
them.

The outline already exists, but it is actually so bright that I couldn't see
it. Sorry.
At this point the request becomes at least making it black, as now I see it as
a dotted white line. The best option would
