There is still interest in this feature - it is a glaring omission if you ask
me, seriously making okular uncomfortable to use compared to all other PDF
readers I regularly use.

Here is a konqueror service menu that does the same for konqueror - send as
kmail attachment. Can you not add something similar to okular? Should be really
simple, you just need
