Well, I confirm that the bug is fixed. I'm installed Kubuntu, karmic koala.
I have Okular version 0.8.80 with KDE 4.2.85 (KDE 4.2.85 (KDE 4.3 Beta1)), and

The file *is not* correct. This is the main point of the bug.
Here is the way to crash :
1. Open a correct DVI file. Everything okay.
