Okular 20.12.2: It remembers fullscreen state and can be switched back from it
correctly. So, the bug seems to be resolved.
However, I think that Okular should not start in fullscreen mode when it was
closed in it

Yes, in current implementation, it is limited.
I had same idea about configuration, but I had not enough time to implement it.
So I started with small and good enough feature, and hoping it will become

I found, that I use two view settings. But switching between them means I have

Yes. I tried it right now... when i open it from firefox, sound card is closed.
But when i open it while playing video, it inherits firefox's file stream...
So it is firefox's b
programs from
it, but does not play anything. It just keeps it open and do not use it.
I have no idea why it should require sound while viewing PDF file... and if so,
there should be option to disable it.
