Sorry, don't know much about DPI settings.
Shouldn't Okular detect my DPI and adjust itself? Evince displays the 100% zoom
correctly.

I had the DPI setting by default (see attachment, PPP=DPI) Is this correct?
I also tried checking that setting and selected the DPI to 72, 96 and 120 but
it only changed the font size in Okular. The zoom remained the same
