I have installed the repository for kde 4.7 as you wrote , but it seems that
the dependebcy which is necessary is not delivered .
So I prefer to stay in my situation and wait when Okular will bee usab

in opensuse 11.4 kde I have tried to instal okular 4.7.3.21 with one click
instal , But there is a problem :
one depenciy is not deliver ( libqt4-x11...) I have accepted to break the
dependen

after discovering that the aggressive behaviour in okular is not that
aggressive at all (preloads only the next 2 pages) I've written the
attached patch to add a "Greedy" option. It preloads every page into
memory. The memory requirements for a 580 page (color) PDF file was
about 1GB,
