I totally disagree Albert, I am reporting exact same bug as comment #1.
Relatively good display of XPS, but font size totally wrong upon printing.
Print preview shows bad font size too.

It's offtop here. Use dvipdf tool (it don't have gui) or something like this.

Yes, the printers are different, but the difference is visible in the "Print
Preview" without ever going to the printer. My understanding means that the
actual printer in use should be irrelevant, since
I do not think Okular does much on the format-conversion front. There
are a few exportable formats it provides but that's not really serving
as an inter-format converter. You should explore other tools, like
dvi2ps/ps2pdf/etc. to get your conversions done.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
