It could probably be done the same way for all TextDocumentGenerator-based
plugins (also epub, mobipocket and ooo) - by changing size of default font in
QTextDocument.

I can confirm issues in comment #3 and comment #4 are fixed.
However the original issue is still present in 4.2.1 (both Fedora and Arch have
the same behavior).
