Hello Bret,
An obvious question, but have you tried disabling the firewall on the KVM
VM? Also, are you able to ping the other two Ubuntu nodes from the KVM VM?

Make sure to remember that it is vital to have matching versions of OCFS2
running on all your nodes. Mixing 1.2 with 1.3 and/or 1.4 can lead to
unexpected behaviour at best.
