under the output tab in popPDx but I am getting this error message

Seems like the R is not linked to popPDx. How can I do so?

Hi friends,
Can we run a $PRED model in popPDX? If yes, what is the procedure? I
followed all basic steps, like selecting the data file, saving control
stream file in the model tab and then selected it to run, but it did not
work.

Dear friends,
I log transformed the plasma concentrations in my data and I am using this
log transformed data as my dependent variable (DV). I imputed the BQLs to
LLOQ/2, which is my case is (1/2=0.5). The natural log of 0.5 is negative
which mean that I have negative values in my DV column.
