Although the thought in Bill's reply is right, I think there is an error in
the code. NONMEM by default uses the present values to update from the
previous time.
Further, it is possible to do this interpolation on the fly in the model
file without changes to the data set.
I am running SAEM in NONMEM 7 for a 4 compartment model. At the end of each run
I receive the following message, "STOCHASTIC PORTION NOT COMPLETED, REDUCED
STOCHASTIC PORTION COMPLETED." I initially tried NBURN=2000 NITER=1000, then
