NONMEM control streams. Type “?nonmemica” at the R prompt after loading. See

The R package "metrumrg" has a function "rlog" that returns a
data.frame containing thetas, omegas, sigmas, mofv, etc for one or
more NONMEM runs. Available on CRAN. Contact me offline for any

Modifications for Windows should be fairly intuitive. NMQual 8.0.2 is
not back-compatible with earlier NONMEM versions. MIfuns versions
4.3.2 and later support NMQual 8.0.2/NONMEM 7.2.0 with
back-compatibility.
