Dear nonmemusers
In my PK modeling project, a drug (elimination: 100 % hepatic metabolism)
is given orally twice daily over a period of 10 weeks. 100 subjects
contribute daily trough concentrations. During this period, covariates vary
within subjects. Two covariates that are difficult to handle a
ed if the time before the dose is
changed is several weeks. This could give errors. Is there a way NONMEM
could understand that "the patient will use this dose at 12 hour intervall
until a new dose record is stated"?
Thank you in advance for helping!
Kindly regards Elisabet Størset, new nonmemuser.
Thanks to everyone for your very kind answers! It will help me getting
started. My experience with the modelling world so far is that interest in
modelling correlates with being friendly and helpful. :)

Dear NONMEMusers
I am working with my very first pop-PK model with NONMEM and have no
experience. I have read a lot of theory but lack experience of actually
using nonmem. I see the OFV and estimates, but have trouble knowing how to
interpret the results and the graphs, and how to improve the stru
