What is the contents of !NetSurf.Resources.Fonts ? You should only have
NSSymbol font directory. My guess is that you have a Messages file
there (probably generated while you had NetSurf running).

Make sure you're using make v3.81 which is in !NSTools. That's a more
recent version than the one in GCCSDK 3.4.6 r3.
