Javascript Date() function corrected?

At some stage recently the Javascript Date() function appears to have been fixed. Previously, when DST was in force, the time was shown as 1 hour in advance (double correction). The attached is a short file to test it, and I would appreciate your feedback as to whether it now shows the correct ti
