Default domain on VRPC

NetSurf is working well on VirtualRPC-SA except for one annoying aspect. DNS lookups fail unless the full server URL is used. So http://wiki/ says not found whilst http://wiki.ant.co.uk/ is fine. Now, VRPC of course uses the WindowsXP network stack and that has ant.co.uk defined as a default domain
