The page http://www.mertoncyclists.org.uk/ is apparently supposed to have submenu items for the various entries on the 'menu bar' at the top of the page: even if I use the 'hidden' real URLs in place of the frames-based redirection, e.g. http://www.rwcivilengineer.co.uk/joommcc/index.php/cycling-in
