Tried out netsurf-sdl on Debian and was attempting to figure out if something similar could be built on Windows. I have sdl, JPEG, Zlib, libxml2, openssl and curl built and installed. I'm using mingw and msys to build applications. I downloaded and built hubbub-0.1.2, libcss-0.1.2, libnsbmp-0.0.
