Well, I'm pleased to report that we anticipated the need for
subscribing to changes to a particular manual, and the "Release
History" table fulfills that requirement by offering an RSS feed.
However looks like we need to troubleshoot it a bit as it's not
working right now. I'm logging a

I often get asked what someone can do to start getting more involved with
Quantum. So I created a simple wiki page with links to some simple bugs
that someone new to the project can likely take care of to get their feet
