This series contains updates to i40e and i40evf.
Wei Yongjun fixes a function that needed to be "static". Also fixes the
use of GFP_KERNEL to GFP_ATOMIC when we have taken a spinlock.
Mitch cleans up several info messages to not include the memory
addresses being used on the off chance this info
