data center locations - recommendation's

I am hoping the list can help me out. We need to setup a few data center locations and I was looking for recommendation’s on City’s and possible providers to rent space from. I was thinking two within the US to service North America and possibility also South America. Then also two within Europe

DSL network build out

I am hoping for some recommendations from the group. We will shortly be building out a new network for offering DSL/ access. We are going to interface with the Covad network within: 111 8th Avenue,New York (5th Floor) 11 Great Oaks Blvd,San Francisco 427 S La Salle, Chicago We are going to try

ISDN BRI

Is it possible to order a ISDN BRI line from the LEC and have them look at the design of a DS1 and have them if possible design the ISDN BRI lineon a devurse path or at lest different equipment within the CO?

I know a few years ago some Vo/IP peering points where started. Are they still around today? I am looking for a solution to hand-off outbound voice calls to mobile operators

Gas Company?

I know this is a bit of an odd request but does anyone on the list work at a Gas company such has BP or Mobile?

Does anyone happen to know what Microsoft using to delivery Hotmail? Is it Exchange? Can anyone recommend a good system for developing web mail services? I need something that can easy support 400K users
