I've been fighting a similar issue. I'd like to throw in, a lot of mobile
devices are geolocation dependent for time, and may completely disregard DHCP
timezone and instead rely entirely on GeoLocation *even if it is woefully
inaccurate, or unobtainab
Where are you seeing that kind of pricing? The utility cost would have to be
sub $0.15/kWh to even pay the bill with 20kW, ignoring any cooling.

Yea, 0.15-30EUR is definitely higher than the US average, much higher than what
we pay.
Out here, colo spaces tend to charge ~1.5-2x the utility rate in the quote.
Mainly to factor in cooling, depending on their PUE.
