We're having a ton of problems trying to find a part number for juniper rails

I noticed something strange looking at our traffic pattern (eyeball network).
Our usage normally drops very low between 4am and 6pm (central). But, on the
16th of November it never dropped.

two RFCs that seem interesting.
3879 Which deprecates Site Local Addresses.
4193 Which seems to add Unique Local Addresses.

We had that problem too, it was only happening to computers with a NATed v4
address. Connecting to Google over IPv6 made the problems go away.
