In NJ we are seeing VZB, VZW and VZ FIOS all are having major IP
connectivity issues outside of Verizon's own network.
Verizon is keeping tight lipped on this issue as my contacts all say,
what problem? (typical)

Verizon Wireless had a serious 4G/LTE issue affecting the Thingspace
product that cause a complete outage for many of our customers.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone from the Verizon NRB (Network
Repair) group would connect with me offline the routing and filtering
issues we saw.

This started about an hour ago and is not dependent on browser type but
rather geographic location.
I have servers on different networks and some can no longer access
google.c
That is it, malware bytes is on a few of these server.

Probably going to shoot myself in the foot but we have been with Cogent
for 14 years and I have nothing but praise for their Service, NOC and
my Sales Rep who is top notch.
As usual, everyone's mileage will vary but it seems I am on the luckier
side in having this good experience with Cogent
Reading Syniverse's cause of trouble (lame excuse) tells me their data
handling processes are poor and seemingly shady since I do not buy

We use Cogent as one our upstreams and have had nothing but stability
and excellent support over the years. But as other said, you really need
multiple upstreams and cannot rely just on one whether it is Cogent or
any other provider.

Has anyone seen that something (most likely an alg) on Verizon's LTE/4G
network is rewriting SIP headers,in particular From Tag identifiers? We
cannot make a SIP call from our cellphones (using cellular data) beyond
30 seconds because the TAGs are rewritten and the destination Asterisk
TLS would be perfect but it is not viable at this point. I guess with
Verizon being what they are, it is time to start working on a SIP over
TLS implementation.
