Saw/and see the same problems here. Vzb Oc3 in Chicago... Normal business traffic dropped at around 9:45am CDT from 30-40mb/sec to 10mb/sec... lasted until roughly 10:30am CDT Inbound connectivity from some areas of the country affected, but not all. This seems to happen at least once every 90
