I have walked into many projects where this is not the case, but a
Junior Admin working with me can't seem to get around the fact that
the Visio we were handed isn't to be trusted and we've got to
double-check ever
just "CompanyX, this is Brett"
There are a couple of good System Administration guide books out there that
give basic Help Desk structuring and reporting paths. They are usually geared
more towards the enterprise, but some good information can be gleaned from them
as well.
