There are some specialized ones I know of for MacOS hardware, such as https://macminicolo.net/ and https://www.macminivault.com/. I don't know if you can BYOD, but I know they rent hardware. It's not really a "1U" generalized experimental space, but it at least lets you have a virtualization pla

Find a small ISP or WISP in your area.  If you're not concerned with Physical security, and mantraps with Ex-Special forces security.  They can probably find a spot to put your server, and will (should) have good redundant connectivity. We have several small Colo customers in our 20 Rack NOC o

We own a tier 4 datacenter in the Denver area (Lakewood), and I do by-the-u pricing. I have several 1/2U clients, most seem to be selfhosted stuff and owncloud/media servers. We're also super fiber rich with residential ISPs on site, so if you're in the area that's a benefit. I'm happy to tak
