Comcast issue in Massachusetts

Does anyone have insight to the issue Comcast is having in Eastern Massachusetts? I am being told residents are experience Internet and TV outages. But cannot find anything on what the issue is. thank you in advance. email directly if appropriate. Thank you, -Jon
