For our need, we use : http://www.lem.com/ They have a lot of products
to do that. We use a magnetic meter. You don't need to break the circuit
to implement it.

We use the enersure product from trendpoint in our data center. I'm not the
power guy but our mothership is an electric utility so I would assume it is a
good choice.
