We've been happy with the Platinum
ByteBrothers (Now Triplett) Real World Certifier (RWC) has been my go-to
for a while. It doesn't mess with DHCP or PoE voltage though.
But cable maps, distance, and it includes tracing/toning.

Highly recommend the Fluke MicroScanner PoE tester, and more specifically the
entire kit option, MS-POE-KIT. Has everything you would need to test copper
runs with PoE up to Class 8.
