Not a supplier but check with Server Central... they are in the Equinix there
and have a lot of spare parts to help u out.

Hello NANOG,
Wondering if anyone knows of a supplier/warehouse that might have LC/LC
single mode fibre patches (2meter or 6feet) in the Chicago area (60661)?
Here doing work in a remote office, and the patches shipped were too short.
