I know Virginia
I know Virginia is having wind issues today. But can anyone from Comcast
comment on intermittent routing issues between Charlottesville, VA and Ashburn,
VA on their backbone?
Issue appears to be between 69.139.206.9
ae-45-ar02.charlvilleco.va.ibone.comcast.net and 68.86.91.53
be-21508-cr02.ash
Sure. Send me the details and I'll take a look or reach out to another more
appropriate team.
Thanks,
John

Does any have any contact information for them?

things out with Google so Youtube will stop buffering.

My comment was more or less directed to the person that said "losts of
people want to send traffic to comcast, but no one wants to send money". I
find it very dangerous and provocative, and somewhat on the same line with
others that believe in the "sender party pays" crap they're trying to force
on

And the sad surprising part of all this is that they don't do public peering,
which would go long ways to reduce pressures on their network...
Nor do the wish to sell transit to their network at a reasonable rate ..
What a shame!

The flip side of this argument is that as it's mostly an access network
with an asymmetric last mile infrastructure, the natural agg

Could someone from Comcast's NOC contact me off-list? We're seeing some traffic
take a strange route on its way back to some Comcast prefixes from several of
our systems. Thank you!

Hello all,
We've been having issues with latency on one of our customers in Tallahassee,
FL on Comcast, due to some very odd routing. Could anyone with Comcast please
get in touch with me off-list.
