I'll second Cedexis. We use it to spread load across three CDNs plus
our origin, it just works.

Just to toss them into the mix as a suggestion to look at, we run
Server Technology PDUs here and really like them, especially the POPS+PIPS
line. As far as infrastructure device web interfaces go theirs is arguably
the best I've used and no Java is involved.

I'm in the same boat myself. One thing I can share is Juniper really
doesn't want to talk about the PTX1000 at all right now as it's not due to
be available until November. They're going to suggest you look at the
MX240/480 instead.
