I'm seeing the same as well. Can anyone from Comcast/Level(3) reach out to me
or provide comment. We're seeing heavy jitter and some packet loss most
noticeable in NYC area connections between Level(3) and Comcast.

Yeah, I've been hitting congested links with several of my customers. This was
just a case of one of our customer's prefixes taking an extra long journey from
one region to another.
Thank you to all who responded! I think we might on our way to remediating this
small issue!

take a strange route on its way back to some Comcast prefixes from several of
