Does anyone know who Yahoo uses for geo location? I've got a /23 that has
moved and I'm unable to find anything definitive regarding Yahoo. I'm
already working with Maxmind and Google but Yahoo is the outlier.

I used this device in the past to test an HP RGS deployment. You can
simulate different connection rates and induce latency. Documentation is
weak but it does the job.
