inbound VOIP (DID) provider - a wholesaler based in Brussels - I'm completing

TR, and MX records, etc. We're also having
no trouble sending the equivalent messages to the email-to-SMS gateways at ATT
Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, etc.
