Any contact at VERIZON who manages @VTEXT.COM?

We started seeing emails to @VTEXT.COM being periodically rejected earlier in the week, and now most/all our getting soft-bounced. Anyone here on the list have contact info at VERIZON who can assist in troubleshooting this?  All normal channels to get hold of their support have failed Thanks
