We've had multiple e-mails from them to myself and another member of staff
directly. They don't seem to give up if you ignore them either, they keep
sending follow up e-mails saying that they haven't had any response!
Given the addresses that they contacted, I suspect that they are mining detail
anyone else being spammed by noxious slime Doina Chiorescu
selling bgp snake oil?

You got a lot of answers telling you to not even try, and I don't know that you
can configure any of them in 5 minutes.
That being said there are lots of option
The whole custom TLD thing is just a truly awful, awful idea.
