Don't confuse USF with ICC. It's USF that you're contributing to directly
on your telephone bill and ICC through your long distance payments (which
relates to the at&t case).

Anyone know what is going on with global crossing in atlanta?
Connectivity to one of our sites has been down for over 2 hours now with
no sign of routing around or fixing the problem:
835 ms38 ms40 ms p4-0.core01.sjc01.atlas.cogentco.com
[66.28.4.94]
988 ms78 ms87 ms
I peer with google at a bunch of spots so I can't see anything, and
everything looks ok..
Looks like global crossing issue
route-server.phx1>trace 64.233.175.98
Type escape sequence to abort.
Tracing the route to 64.233.175.98
1 ge4-1-0-226-1000M.ar4.PHX1.gblx.net (67.17.64.89) 0 msec 0 mse
We're seeing some problem with google too...
Does anybody know if google offer some kind of looking glass?
Regards,
Gustavo.
