I had this working on R4V5 (or last stable).. I get
errors using R5A15. I followed the instructions on
www.iwamble.net. I had to remove the --tag=CC flags to
get it to compile and then installed it. I used
lirc-0.7.1pre4.tar.bz2. (modified the lirc2remote so
it would work of course, which it did).
Quick Question-- where is this coming from? When I view mythweb
from my PocketPC using either ppc ie or ftxpbrowser I get this:

as a remote frontend only and just for mythtv and to watch recordings.

will be able to watch live tv (and recorded programs) over the

remoted.conf) problem resolved. I learned after I
changed it, I had to kill remoted and then restart it.

Go with knoppmyth. There is nothing to
compile/recompile. You just put a CD into the
computer you want to install it on and let it do the
rest. It will not install anything that myth doesn't
need, thus saving alot of space and memory.

package. Try downloading and compiling with Real
Support built it. Make sure to read the docs on the

I am trying to get nuvexport "mpeg2-mpeg2 cut" to
work. I am getting this error when I try to run it.
Only thing I can think of is that ffmpeg came from a
deb file. It lvemux it says to copy lvemux's version
of mpeg.c to ffmpeg's before compliling ffmpeg, but
there isn't one included with lvem
I've been fighting to get nuvexport MPEG2-MPEG2
working. It seems to blow up on lvemux (gives error
opening a/v streams (1/0). But the mp2 and m2v files
are fine.
I am thinking about changing from using lvemux to
mplex. Using simple script like this:
mplex -S0 -f3 -o outputfile.mpg file.m2v
Sadly I must sell my HD3000. I just dont live in an
area where HDTV signals are strong enough for the card
to be worth it.
