Accepted mythbuntu-common into trusty-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mythbuntu-
common/0.73 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

I've validated this one by adding proposed and updating to mythbuntu-
common 0.73. Doesn't crash on NV HW anymore.

There was no message to remove the disk and to hit enter after rebooting
(nor did hitting enter work). I reset the VM and it came up correctly
though. This only happened on i386 (amd64 worked correctly) and was
tested in virtualbox.
