5.1 is currently labeled "rc" (current version is 5.1.22-rc), so there
is no enterprise edition yet.
When there will be one, it will be for paying customers, and they have

I have mysql4.x installed on REHL4.
Can anybody let me know how to upgrade it to 5.1.
