Take a look at perror.exe program in /bin directory.

It should be in the bin diretory:
C:\>dir \mysql\bin\perror*
Volume in drive C has no labe
Yes there is:
perror.exe located in c:\yourmysqldir\bin\

Illegal error code: 1064
This is impossible but its true as i've simply pasted the screenshot. I
guess 1064 error stands for syntax.error The version i'm using is
