If my memory serves me correctly this was solved by fixing the rpms in 3.23.32-1.
You mightr try the current version.

This is the error I get when I try to do this:
rpm -i MySQL-client-3.22.32-1.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
/bin/sh is needed by MySQL-client-3.22.32-1
