Data submission - pl. advise

Hi list members, Pl. advise me in the following matter: I have a form (form.htm) on click its data is submitted in table using "submission.php". its very simple. But, I want when any data is submitted into table, the same data is also emailed to me. That is on submission two tasks are done 1.
