As I said I Installed mysql by "phpdev423". On my PC (Win2000) I found out
only the configurations file "my.cnf.OLD" on C:/ and on
"C:\Programs\phpdev423\php\sapi\install";
no "my.ini" were found; therefore I suppose that in this moment
