It's not a MySQL issue, it's a web server configuration problem. Check
you php.ini file and unquote in the section:
;Windows Extensions
the line accordingly with the DB connexion you're using. MySQL is set by
default.
Also try the function odbc_fetch_into()

Well, actually I always use the Unix date format because is easier to
use with PHP... and makes easier to do this kind of calculations... ;)
