I have this error compiling code that uses the mysql++-1.7.9
I am using
gcc-3.0
mysql-3.23.48
mysql++-1.7.9 with patch for compiling with gcc-3.0
under Tru64 Unix v.4.0f

I do not succeed to install the patch in order to compile the mysql++-1.7.9
with the GCC-3.0.3.
I use the command
/usr/local/src/mysql++-1.7.9-patched# /usr/local/bin/patch -p0 -i
mysql++-gcc-3.0.patch
but the output is:
can't find file to patch at input line 17
