how-to elimintate headers in folder-hooks

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to mutt, but I love it so far. My one problem: I'd like to eliminate, or reduce headers at least in my mailboxes. Actually, I'ld like to if possible just keep the basic headers like Subject and From, rather than get the entire envelope. Is this possible? TIA, Thom

why is mutt not acknowedlging all my folders?

OK, So I use 'c' all the time to go through all of my mailboxes and find out which box has new mail. A couple of questions. It appears Mutt is only acknowledging some of my mail folders (all in maildir format in the same folder base) when they have new mail. I've currently got about 7 differen

Hi all, Mutt's nice to delete entire threads in the index mode...lends to very speedy skimming of mailing lists. My question, I would like for Mutt to scroll 1 entire page forward when it hits the bottom of the screen in the index. Ie. say I have 200 messages and can view 50 messages per thread.

Anyone using Mutt with Chinese (simplified character set) I'm in an English environment but occasionally recieve and write messages in Chinese. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks, -Thomas
